Walking in Rotterdam

Van der Valk Hotel Ridderkerk is located close to Rotterdam and is surrounded by beautiful natural areas where you can enjoy lovely walks. You can walk to the edge of Rotterdam, but the recreational area 'De Oude Maas' and the meadows of Rhoon also offer beautiful walking routes. Or combine a visit to Kinderdijk with a pleasant walk. Van der Valk Hotel Ridderkerk is also a good base from which to set out to the De Biesbosch nature and recreation area.

Prefer to go by bike? At our hotel you can rent regular bicycles and e-bikes for a fee, and we also offer various cycling routes.
